Our policy is to provide confidence in our certification and auditing services through maintaining our quality principles. These principles relate to ensuring: impartiality; competence; responsibility; openness; confidentiality and complaint resolution within the certification and auditing services, processes and products.

 

We also committed to ensure our auditors are appropriately qualified and competent, with sound interpersonal, auditing and reporting skills, committed to our clients’ continual improvement.

 

Our certification and auditing services will be subjected to continual review and improvements made to increase effectiveness of the management system.
